COACHING

Individual triathlon training plans $125/month:

Included:  

  • Help the athlete develop an annual plan
  • Training plan created around your strengths, weaknesses, schedule, and race goals.  
  • Plans are devised weekly to accommodate schedule changes, injuries, vacations, and pace changes
  • Regular field testing to monitor improvement 
  • Open communication via email and phone
  • Plans can be based on HR, Power,or Pace
  • Account on workoutlog.com

Single sport plans for run, bike, or swim are also available for $100/month.

Swim:

1 hour session for $50

5 sessions package for $200

Underwater swim camera analysis is $75 - you will receive a dvd and drills to work on any weaknesses in stroke

Winter maintenance plans:

12 week plans for $100.  These plans can be geared toward working on your weakness during the winter, and/or can be geared toward prepping you for a smooth transition into your next seasons training focus.

Single race training plan:

12 week plan for $100 (Sprint-HIM).  A single race training plan is geared toward a single race, and is for the athlete who is self sufficient and needs minimal guidance while training for a event.  This is a set plan that will get you a bit more than a plan out of a book.  Where you currently stand, and tweaking the set plan to accommodate any areas that you may want more focus in than others is taken into account.
