I started my journey into the multisport world in 2004 simply running for fitness. I ran across a local 5k
for charity, and quickly found that distance running was a bit
different than all those 100 and 200 meter sprints I did in track
during high school. I made the decision to dive head first into the
crazy sport I found. On my off days, I would cross
train on my mountain bike, found that I loved the trails, and completed in my first adventure race. Addicted to this
new lifestyle, I took my multi-sport training to the road in 2005
completing my first triathlon and was hooked! I began learning everything I could get my hands on regarding the endurance world and training. In my early years I was a
fairly serious basketball player and track runner, but nothing quite
captivated my attention and genuine interest as much as endurance
sports have.
Eventually I found that my passion for learning all I could about
training, racing, and helping fellow athletes was as strong as my
passion for the sport itself. You can be sure that I am as passionate at helping my clients achieve their goals as I am about achieving my own.
